- CMA for all choices - After the showings you may be considering more than one home
we will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis on each home to ensure you make a knowledgeable decision.
- When buying, all offers will be presented and all counter offers are worth considering - A meeting place can be found within almost every offer. We will provide a CMA, an estimated buyers cost sheet, lender information or other options that may save both parties money.
