- The computer search - Searching the listing services in order to meet the needs of desired location and amenities.
- Property previewing - Which homes truly meet your specific criteria? We do this for you or if you like, we give you a printout of addresses for you to drive by for your review.
- Buyer showings - Each home we show you will be well thought out and as close to your ideal home as possible.
- CMA for all choices - After the showings you may be considering more than one home…we will provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis on each home to ensure you make a knowledgeable decision.
- When buying, all offers will be presented and all counter offers are worth considering - A meeting place can be found within almost every offer. We will provide a CMA, an estimated buyers cost sheet, lender information or other options that may save both parties money.
- When the offer is accepted - Many agents believe their job is now finished, but with our experience and continued supervision over your transaction, a smooth escrow can be attained. Remember we are always available to answer any of your questions.
